My passion sits at the intersection of technology and people. I've spent the last 10+ years helping build, optimise and develop startups — and more specifically, technical teams — to hit their most ambitious goals.

I've worked across the whole employee lifecycle: people strategy, talent acquisition, talent management, organisational design and optimising technical teams for success. My signature strength has always been my focus on effectiveness, efficiency and outcomes through people, technology and employee experience.

I'm proud to have delivered many significant commercial projects throughout my career — scaling teams at speed, leading corporate development projects, running HRIS implementations, and partnering with leadership to solve the most complex of people challenges.
